I'm tied in with my current agent. What happens?
Send us your current agreement and we'll go through the notice and termination terms with you, then plan the handover for when it ends.
Do my tenants need new tenancies?
Not usually. Existing tenancies carry on. We check the paperwork and the deposit registration and tell you if anything needs putting right.
Who tells the tenants?
We do, with you. We introduce ourselves, explain how to pay rent and report repairs, and make sure they know who to call.
What if my agent is slow to hand things over?
We chase it, keep you updated and tell you exactly what's outstanding. You won't have to manage it yourself.
