Tenant fees

We don't charge tenant fees. The only payments we take are the ones the Tenant Fees Act 2019 allows: rent; a refundable holding deposit capped at one week's rent; a tenancy deposit capped at five weeks' rent (where annual rent is under £50,000); up to £50 (or reasonable costs if higher) for changes you request to your tenancy; reasonable default fees for lost keys or late rent more than 14 days overdue; early termination costs if you ask to leave early; and utilities, council tax, TV licence and communications where they're not included in your rent.
